Subtle Poison Soul Sessions - March 19th

Join us on March 19th for our first ever community event in collaboration with Anna Flynn yoga instructor and The Sea Sauna. The afternoon is bound to be a super refreshing one! 

Located on Tower Bay Beach Portrane the afternoon will consist of the following 

• Short Introduction to everyone 
• "Yoga for Skaters" Flow led by Anna. This flow will be targeted towards skater and the muscle groups used while skating, we will work on strength, recovery and balance. This flow will also be of benefit to everyone though so don't feel unwelcome if you are not a skater! 
• We will then divide into 2 groups 
• Group one will be guided through some meditation and journal prompts with Anna while group 2 head for their Cold water dip followed by a stunning hot sauna session 
• Groups will then alternate 
• Afternoon will close with chats, coffee, goodie bags!
