The surf house is located in Kedungu, approximately 30km away from the airport. We recommend booking a private transfer in advance or using ride-hailing apps like Grab or Gojek for lower costs. Please contact us if you need help booking the airport transfer.

Kedungu is a quiet and modest town, a short bike/ car ride away from the more lively areas such as Pererenan & Canggu.

Upon your arrival on the 12th of October, your hosts will be there to welcome you to the surf house with a welcome drink! You will have time to settle in and meet the other guests before our welcome ice-breaker. 

If you would like to stay at our surf house for a few additional nights (before or after the retreat), please contact us and we will do our best to book additional nights for you at a special retreat rate.

There are a good choice of local & trendy cafes and restaurants walking distance from the Surf House. Pererenan is a 20 min bike ride away, and Canggu is 30-40 minutes away (depending on traffic).

Yes, the beach 2.5km away, and a 6 min bike ride from the Surf House.

Yes, towels are included in the room.

We offer daily yoga, and we will organize other group activities such as painting, skate, surfskate, or rollerskating together.

Yes! You will have one day off from surfing to give you a chance to recover, or visit the beautiful sights on the island. If you’d like help arranging transportation or booking a tour, we’ll take care of that for you. You’re also welcome to stay at the surf house, get a massage, relax, or even book an extra surf session if you’re feeling energized. 

You will also have pockets of free time during the week. We’ll offer optional activities, but you’re welcome to break away and explore the island at your own pace.

A non-refundable €250 deposit is required upfront to confirm your booking. Payment of the final balance is due no more than 60 days prior to the start of the retreat.

We recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance (with a "cancel for any reason" clause). Cancellations are only refundable if we are able to fill your spot with a referral from you or someone from our waiting list. Should we need to offer a discounted rate to secure a last‑minute booking, the amount of the discount will be deducted from your deposit. A €25 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds.
