Subtle Poison Soul Vibrations - Sunday May 21st

Join us on Sunday May 21st for our next Soul Vibrations community event! Our theme this time is Summer of Fun!  We'll be joined by Anna Flynn and The Sea Sauna again for our Yoga Flow and Sauna Session! The afternoon is bound to be a super refreshing one! 

Located on Tower Bay Beach Portrane the afternoon will consist of the following 

• Short Introduction to everyone 
• "Summer Of Fun" Yoga flow with Anna. This flow will consist of celebration and welcoming the Summer Season!
• Meditation - Expressing gratitude for all of the Seasons of life!
• 30 Min Sauna Session 
• Sea Swim (Optional but we highly recommend!)
• Afternoon will close with chats, coffee, goodie bags! 

Event will start at 10.45am and run until 2pm - All exact and further details will be sent in an email following registration and payment. Please ensure the correct email is listed with your booking. 

Please note if you purchase a ticket and can no longer attend - tickets are non refundable from 48 hours prior to the event.
