Subtle Poison Soul Vibrations - Saturday October 14th

Join us on Saturday October 14th for our last Soul Vibrations community event of the Summer! Our theme this time is Come To Community! We'll be joined by Alexandra Bodor and The Sea Sauna again for our Yoga Flow and Sauna Session! The afternoon is bound to be a super refreshing one! 

Located on Tower Bay Beach Portrane the afternoon will consist of the following 

• Short Introduction to everyone 
• "Come To Community" Yoga flow with Alex. This flow will consist connecting to ourselves and the people around us!
• Meditation - Connections 
• 30 Min Sauna Session 
• Sea Swim (Optional but we highly recommend!)
• Afternoon will close with chats, coffee, goodie bags! 

Event will start at 11am and run until 2pm - All exact and further details will be sent in an email following registration and payment. Please ensure the correct email is listed with your booking.
